First impressions count: the words you use and how you use them; your handshake, appearance and body language; your professionalism. We all know that first impressions set the stage for what follows. But you can be sure that maintaining that good impression right up until you "thank your customer goodbye" will be memorable. Your customer’s last impression of you will be their lasting impression. Make it a good one.

Happy selling!
