When talking with your prospects and customers ask lots of open-ended questions and listen carefully to their answers. In those answers is the key to making the sale. From them you’ll learn the most pressing problems your prospects and customers have and the value they place on solving them.
Listening. It’s one of the most difficult skills for salespeople to master. Those who are good listeners are few and far between. But the salespeople who listen best sell the most.
